If you've used one of the similar available services lately you may have been surprised when you found out what it was going to cost. I typically save my customers better than 50% of the cost of using a service that uses "geek" in their name. I will also provide my customers with the tools they need to prevent needless re-occurences. Time and again I'm called on to fix problems that have been previously "repaired".
